How to Order

We take reservations starting in early October. Choose your size—plan about a pound and a half per person if you want leftovers—and let us know if you prefer fresh or frozen. We can also spatchcock, brine, or season on request if you order ahead.

Pick-up is usually the Monday or Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Pay your deposit when you order so we can lock in your bird with our supplier. Call the shop or stop by the counter with your head count and we will walk you through the timeline. A good turkey dinner starts with planning, not a last-minute scramble.
