Absolutely. Custom cutting is what we do best. Call ahead or stop by the counter and our butchers will cut your order to spec.
Yes. We offer whole, half, and quarter beef and hogs, cut and wrapped to your preferences. Contact us to get on the schedule.

We source from ranch families here in the Carson Valley and around northern Nevada whenever possible.
Yes. Our sausages, bacon, jerky, and other cured meats are made in small batches right here in our shop.
We carry nitrate-free cured products and can accommodate many dietary needs. Just ask a butcher for the current selection.
We do. During hunting season we process venison, elk, and more into cuts, sausage, and jerky. Please call ahead to schedule your drop-off.

We do. We work with local restaurants and retailers on custom wholesale programs. Reach out to set up an account.
We offer local delivery for larger and wholesale orders in the Carson Valley area. We do not currently ship. Ask us for details.
For holiday roasts and turkeys we recommend ordering at least two to three weeks ahead, as popular cuts sell out quickly.
