Vaughn Family Meat Co. started in 1958 when Ray Vaughn opened a small counter in Gardnerville. Three generations later, we're still cutting meat the old-fashioned way, sourcing from local ranchers and treating every customer like family.

Yes. Our sausages, bacon, jerky, and other cured meats are made in small batches right here in our shop.
